I'm Tony Piper — a neurodivergent leadership coach based in Canary Wharf, London, working with tech leaders locally and globally. After 27 years in technology, from developer to IT Director, I help leaders who are exhausted from performing a version of "leader" that doesn't fit. My approach is subtractive: less mask, more you.

After 27 years in technology — from developer to IT Director — I discovered something that changed everything: the exhaustion wasn't coming from leadership. It was coming from the mask. For those of us whose brains work a bit differently, that mask can feel like a second full-time job.

My approach is the opposite. I help you see what you've been carrying that was never yours to carry — the assumptions about how a leader "should" behave, the scripts you've learned to follow, the energy you spend managing how others perceive you.
